Every year, we ask our customers about their experience with detectors. Why? Because:
- Treasure hunters' and detector users' feedback is extremely important to us in order to enhance our technologies.
- The answers will help us to make OKM services and products even better for our customers.
- We are convinced our customers' expectations and wishes can be fulfilled even better in the future.
This year, more than 360 customers took part, significantly more than in previous years. Many thanks to all participants!
As every year, we ask our customers what they associate with the OKM brand. Customers clearly associate OKM primarily with the words metal detectors, quality, reliability and premium prices.
Quality, Trust and Value for Money
Quality and Trust are the main criteria cited by customers as drivers of customer satisfaction. From the customers' point of view, the Price and value for money are essential purchase criteria. That is why we are always working to keep our innovations and product quality at the highest level. In this way, our customers can be sure that they can always expect premium quality from the premium brand OKM.

Fulfilling Customers' Wishes
Our customers' wishes from this survey show us three major focus areas in which we will definitely be setting major milestones next year: More knowledge, more training and a greater presence in the world.

Moreover, customers desire even more service and support. Thus, we will optimize our customer services in terms of accessibility and expertise. To achieve this, we will offer more detector training opportunities with our new OKM Trainer. He will not only be available in person at OKM in Germany, but also via video call, and even in person worldwide on demand.
Last, but not least, our customers ask for a greater presence of OKM worldwide. We will once again fulfill this wish with the popular OKM RoadShow in 2024. During these events, interested treasure hunters and detector users are invited to test the latest OKM detectors and ask their questions about operation, technology and scan analyses.
We are also expanding our dealer network and providing our dealers with further intensive detector trainings so that they can provide even better service and support.
